Hello Mansionpedia community! I know this may be coming a few days late, but to start off the New Year, I'm proud to announce the official plan for 2023. Appreciate the love and support if you'd take the time to thoroughly read through this!
First and foremost, I'm proud to announce that the Luigi's Mansion Wiki has become affiliates with the underrated Lock's Quest Wiki! Recently, both wikis have been exchanging ideas for walkthroughs and guides, which will be covered right now.
As of January 3, 2023, the Luigi's Mansion Wiki now has an official Guides page! The Mansionpedia has had its goal to provide helpful walkthroughs and guides provided by the players to assist others, but wasn't really fulfilled due to the inactivity. Now, I hope that this plan will take the wiki further and to encourage other users to come up with their own guides.
I would also like to reiterate the Activities at the Mansionpedia, which are fun ways of contributing to completing empty or lonely pages on the wiki, and you can receive fun awards for participating.
Speaking of fun awards, I'd like to prepare the community for the Dark Moon Contest, which will start on March 1, 2023. Similar to the Mansionpedia contest held in 2021, this contest is held to celebrate the 10th year anniversary of Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, since the American release came out on March 24, 2013. For this contest, you will be able to recreate your favourite memories from Dark Moon, and all pieces submitted by March 20, 2023 (10 years after the Japan release) will be featured on the home page!) This was the case for the Mansionpedia 2021 contest, where everyone who submitted their artworks were all featured on the home page, so no one's works got left in the dust and will continue to be that way.
And last but not least, we want to take in any suggestions you might have to boost the activity of the Mansionpedia and encourage more users to edit, as believe it or not, but we have a lot of empty articles such as Dark Moon rooms. Our Guides and Activities are two default ways of doing this, but we want to be able to hear from you guys!
Anyways, thank you for reading this post, and continue to have a great time at the Mansionpedia! Also, the necessary links you may want to view via this post will be provided below. Also use the comments section to post your thoughts and feedback or you can contact me or Eiralp99.
Love you all!❤🙏
