Alright, I've been meaning to make something like this with encouragement by Eiralp99, but haven't gotten the right chance to yet.
Anyways, I'm going to share some tips to help you and your friends succeed in ScareScraper and what to expect in Expert mode. So, without further ado, let's get going!
Be Team Players!
You won't get far without a team, so you'll need to be co-operative to make it through the haunting floors. Communicate with your team and compliment them for helping you. And don't fight over keys either; it's totally not worth it.
To get through the floors quickly, you'll need to make a game plan, so decided which rooms you'll tackle and which ghosts to fight.
Don't be trollish either. Its no fun, and you're not only wasting time for the people who are playing, but also you are wasting a slot for a person who actually wanted to play.
If a player is trapped, KO'd or cursed, stop your ghost hunting and help out the other players.
If your team is low on health, start searching objects for jack-o-lanterns or watermelons. Save some hearts for your team to collect, and call them over to your room for a refill. Further more, see if you can find Greenies with watermelons or jack-o-lanterns, or hope you can get the Restorator (Heal-Vac).
When it comes to boss ghosts, make a game plan; decide who will capture the boss ghost, and who will take care of the support ghosts. This can be a real game changer for all players!
Hopefully these tips will help you tackle the ScareScraper! Now it's time to talk about Expert mode...
So as you may already know, Expert mode is the most challenging difficulty of ScareScraper in the game. That's why, if you are new to playing ScareScraper, I'd recommend you start with this difficulty first.
Yes I know. Call me crazy, and you may lose a few times; but answer me this; do you really think success looks like a straight line, or are your constantly moving up and down. You should be fine with challenging yourself; and losing challenges is fine; that's how you master games, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. But if you are a bit anxious, if you've played Paranormal Chaos for the first time, I'd recommend thinking of Expert mode like it.
With a full team though; you are going to need most, of not, all of the tips I've taught you. When it comes to F3, I'd recommend you travel in pairs. That way, you can work together to capture ghosts, and if your team partner gets KO'd, cursed or trapped, you can and should be the one to help.
With that being said, you are going to be met with a LOT of crazy ghost formations: one of the most infamous one is a Gobber with six Greenies (some may be Strong Greenies) as hockey players. So trust me; be prepared, be team players, and you'll work together to clear the ScareScraper!
Before this ends, let me give you a quick overview of the modes you'll play:
Hunter Mode: You'll have to clear all of the ghosts on each floor in 5 minutes, so divide and conquer, either split up solo or travel in pairs.
Rush Mode: Find the hatch before the time runs out! I'd recommend sticking together for this one, search objects or capture ghosts to extend the time limit. Furthermore, make sure to get your hands on a map!
Polterpup Mode: You'll be tasked with tracking down Polterpups. I'd recommend travelling in pairs in case you run into Big Polterpups. Also, make sure to get your hands on a map or the Dark-Light Goggles.
Surprise Mode: You will be playing all three modes in a randomized order; what's consistent is that in each set of five floors, you will play two Hunter mode floors, one Rush, Polterpup and Boss floor.
And remember, anytime you want to play with me, my username is StarStorm★.
Now get out there and find your team to take you to victory!
