The Master Suite is the 17th and last floor to be unlocked in the game after beating DJ Phantasmagloria, being the top floor of The Last Resort. This is presumably where Hellen Gravely lives, since there are 4 rooms providing her every need. The cutscenes of her and Polterkitty also take place here, and once Hellen Gravely is defeated you can rescue Mario and head to the Rooftop.
After getting through the first area, the way to proceed is to collect the four special keys in the four rooms.
Appearance[]
The Master Suite is Hellen Gravely's personal suite, although it acts and looks in appearance to more of a penthouse rather than a suite. It's mostly a large hallway that wraps around the other rooms, with a lounge and vault on the other ends of the floor. King Boo's likeness and imagery is embedded everywhere on this floor, indicating Hellen's unhealthy obsession with him. He is in framed paintings, statues, furniture, and even the image of the vault door. Her office contains a main desk, with a diorama of the hotel in one corner of the room. Along the back wall, there are lots of monitors surveying the floors of the hotel, as her office acts as the main security hub of the place. The main colours used in this floor are white, gold, black, and purple in large amounts, aesthetically matching King Boo's style, and there is also a statue of Polterkitty in the hallway too.

Walkthrough[]
Upon entering the Master Suite, Luigi will need to collect four keys with colored jewels (yellow, green, blue, and purple) in four different rooms. However, the keys are protected by invisible lasers, although there is powder/dust on the floors so if the Burst function is used with the Poltergust G-00, the lasers can be detected that way. Luigi will run into a multitude of ghosts to try and stop him though, such as Goobs, Mini Goobs, Hammers, Mini Hammers, Oozers, Slinkers and Trappers, literally every single ghost that Luigi has encountered on his journey.
After inserting the four keys into the holes of a statue of King Boo, Luigi can encounter and battle Hellen Gravely, capturing her for good, and rescuing Mario. With the brothers reunited, they make their way to the Rooftop to save Princess Peach.
As the game saves data through auto checkpoints, the last story checkpoint the game will save at is right after Hellen Gravely's boss fight, meaning the player can fight King Boo as many times as they would like. Every other boss is unable to be fought or rematched again though.
Gems[]
Each floor of the hotel will have 6 different gems of several colors.
All the gems in the hotel will have a distinctive shape depending on the floor they are located. The ones in the Master Suite will be shaped like King Boo.
White Gem[]
On the left of the entrance door of the Hallway, there is an painting of King Boo and a sculpture in front of it that casts a strange shadow in its center.
It turns out that the sculpture has a visual effect that shows both King Boo and Luigi with the Poltergust 5000 on each of its sides. The player must turn it so that the shadow perfectly aligns with the image behind it. If one side doesn't do the trick, the player should try the other one.
Once done, the two halves of the frame will retreat to the wall to reveal an image of Luigi this time. Now the player needs to turn the sculpture such that it can casts a shadow of Luigi and align it up. The two halves of the Luigi painting will retreat sideways and reveal the Gem along with some Money.
Red Gem[]
In the lower area of the Library is a small side room behind the shelves on the northwest. In this room is a big yellow book with a red line in the middle above one shelve. Luigi must vacuum it and transport it to the upper area of the Library.
At the right of the mosaic of King Boo is a bookcase with a row of books that look exactly like the one that Luigi has now. The third book is missing, so Luigi just needs to add it there to reveal a mechanism that moves the bookshelf to the side, revealing the gem behind where it was before.
Blue Gem[]
In the Master Bathroom, the player must turn the shower off on the northeast with the Poltergust G-00 so then Gooigi can go under the floor thanks to the grate.
After collecting anything the player wants to, Gooigi must head to the left into a secret area. First, all the Spiders can be flashed in this location, and once the area is clear, Gooigi can go into the green pipe. That green pipe will transport him onto a wooden beam, and at the other end of the beam is the Blue Gem.
Green Gem[]
In the left and right of the Lounge where the sofas are located are some circular tables. Luigi and Gooigi can climb on them on each side, which are actually platforms that when activated reveal the hidden gem below a hidden tile in the zebra carpet on the middle of the room.
Purple Gem[]
If the player walks away from the elevator in the Lounge, it will go down to a lower floor. If Luigi goes back in his tracks, he will see that now that the elevator is gone, there is a hole in the back wall with a purple gem, but it is impossible to reach.
To get to it, Gooigi must enter a pipe that is on the left wall next to the great door, this will lead to the top of the elevator rail. If Gooigi takes a detour from the machine drive, he will reach behind it, where there is a hole that will transport him down to where the gem is.
Yellow Gem[]
This gem is at the very top of the Master Bedroom. Gooigi should use the pendulum platform to reach the gem at the right, which is near the top of the room and behind some bars that he can go through.
Trivia[]
- It can be inferred from the construction of this floor that King Boo was always Hellen Gravely's idol, as everything - Gems, paintings, keys, even the vault door - were based off of King Boo. This would take too long to suddenly destroy everything else and remake into things based off of King Boo, along with no evidence of it ever happening.
- There are cameras on the ceiling hidden throughout the entire floor.
- This is the only floor with a gem designed after a character, in this case King Boo.
- A model of the Gloomy Manor from Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon can be seen in the Drawing Room.
