Awelligator (known as Maligator in PAL regions) is a variant of the Bomb Brothers, appearing in Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moons ScareScraper, and later returning in Luigi's Mansion Arcade.
Physical description[]
Awelligator is a pale green Greenie with darker shades of green scales on his body. This makes this boss based on the alligator.
Powers and abilities[]
Awelligator has all of the powers and abilities as Bomb Brothers, they are always fought in twos and almost always carry bombs. When not holding bombs, they can punch any of the Luigis.
In Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon / Luigi' Mansion 2 HD[]
Awelligator first appears in Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, as a ScareScraper-exclusive boss. Like all other bosses, Awelligator may be randomly fought on every fifth floor, barring the top floor.
In Luigi's Mansion Arcade[]
Awelligator returns in Luigi's Mansion Arcade. Like all Bomb Brother variants in the game, Awelligator is now the same size as regular Greenies, and have 3 HP, although the one found in the Old Clockworks will have 20 HP, and ones equipped with buckets will have 10 HP, and ones equipped with swords and shields will have 15 HP, which can be found in the Treacherous Mansion.
Old Clockworks[]
Awelligator may first appear in the Old Clockworks, carrying the key to open the door to the Transportation Hall, but two Greenies (one equipped with kitchen utensils, one equipped with a bucket) a Slammer and two Strong Greenies must be dealt with first.
Treacherous Mansion[]
Awelligator has a slightly higher chance of appearing in the Treacherous Mansion. They can appear with other Bomb Brother variants if found in the West Corridor. If they are found in the East Corridor as the last wave of ghosts, three of them with be aiding Cawe.
