Bomb Oozers are Rare Ghosts in Luigi's Mansion 3. They are a rare variety of an Oozer which appear in ScareScraper mode.
They are yellow, glowing Oozers with blue eyes and mouth voids capable of spawning and throwing bombs. The Bombs explode like normal ones.
They have 200 HP, double that of a regular Oozer's. They are defeated the same way as normal Oozers. They also act like normal Oozers in terms of attack behavior. Unlike Bomb Goobs, their bomb does immediately respawn when it explodes. They will try to get distance from you before resummoning the bomb. A valuable reason to note this is because you can keep flashing them to keep them still, then after the bomb explodes you can flash them, just make sure to stay out of the blast zone. (This trick will not work for Bomb Goobs). For the bombs they summon while you are tethered to them, you can have another player blow so that the bombs are being moved away so they can't be a danger. Unfortunately when the bombs spawn, it is possible to have a bomb land on Luigi or Gooigi causing them to let go of the ghost.
Trivia[]
- They bear a strong resemblance to the Bomb Brothers from Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, as both are a yellow counterpart of the original ghost and also drop bombs at the player. It's possible that the design of the Bomb Brothers inspired all the Bomb Ghosts.
