The Butler's Room (Japanese: 休憩室 Lounge) is a room found by Luigi in the second area of Luigi's Mansion.
Story[]
Luigi followed the door from the Laundry Room and entered the Butler's Room to find it empty. After sucking up a few Blue Mice, Luigi found nothing. He decided to leave the Butler's Room for the time being.
After successfully lighting Shivers' candles, Luigi followed the ghost back to his room, where the phantom took a seat and sat idly by. Shivers unwittingly exposed his heart when he burned himself with the candle, something the green ghost hunter took advantage of. Luigi quickly packed Shivers away in his Poltergust 3000, and the room became bright. The green-clad plumber then received the Key to the Conservatory.
Description[]
The Butler's Room has many items within its confines. A large tool cabinet is in the northwest corner and continuing south along the wall. There is an ironing board and a small bucket. In the exact center of the room, there is a table with three stools. A sewing machine and an ironing board are north and south of the table, respectively. Along the east wall is a bucket of water, a stack of toilet paper, and a mouse hole. The bucket holds a Stone.

- By inspecting the mouse hole with the Game Boy Horror, Luigi can activate a warp that will suck him in through the wall to the Hidden Room.
- This is one of the few non-hallway rooms that have mice.
