The Chalet Approach is an outside area found in the Secret Mine of Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon. Luigi automatically reaches this area for the first time right at the start of D-1. It is located at the south of the Chalet, and it's of course its outside and approach area.

The Chalet Approach is a large, entire area covered in snow. There can be found several piles of snow and leafless trees covered in snow and ice. Near the entrance to the Chalet, Luigi can find two snowmen and a sleigh with a portrait of an object that changes during different missions. Luigi can peer into the Chalet via the window on the right side, and there is also a barbecue that can be found and activated with the Strobulb on the left side. By taking the north door, Luigi can go inside the Chalet.
