The Crow is a creature that first appears in Luigi's Mansion, then reappears in Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon and Luigi's Mansion 3 as an enemy.
Gold Crows[]
Gold Crows are golden-colored crows that are rarer than regular crows. Gold Crows, when defeated, will reward a larger output of gold than regular crows.
Story[]
Luigi's Mansion[]
The crows in Luigi's Mansion are black with white eyes, and sound more like ducks than real crows. The crows only appear in the opening scene of the game, and do not harm Luigi.
Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon[]
The crows in Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon are purple with white eyes, but have the noise that actual crows make.
They appear as ambient enemies or hazards and will actively fly towards Luigi and deal 5 HP of damage, fly away, then return and attack again and they will repeat this until they fly away for real of until they are defeated. They can be defeated by blinding them with the Strobulb or by rudely sucking them up into the Poltergust 5000. They are mainly featured in the Haunted Towers in rooms such as the Crow's Nest.
Luigi's Mansion 3[]
Crows in the third game look very similar to dark moon's iteration, albiet with the updated graphics. They tend to start to circle Luigi in the air once he gets close and occasionally dive towards him. Flashing them creates a small amount of bills. One of the modes in ScareScraper mode involves defeating a large amount of Crows. Each room has a chance of inhabiting a large number of Crows, which can all be defeated at once by charging up the Strobolb.
