Electric Oozers are a rare variety of an Oozer appearing in ScareScraper mode in Luigi's Mansion 3, added in version 1.3.1.
They have a blue aura, dark blue skin, a glowing hand and belly, along with pale blue voids. They have no expression change compared to normal Oozers, quickly zapping between poses.
They are similar to normal Oozers, except they throw Electric Balls instead of common objects. These electric balls are basically upgraded versions of what they normally throw. These projectiles do the typical 10 damage but also upon contact with an object, it creates a small spherical forcefield around them for about 5 seconds. If anyone comes into contact with it, without invincibility frames, they will take 10 damage. They have 200 HP and are defeated the same way as normal Oozers. They also act like normal Oozers, hiding in certain interactable objects. In the arena you fight them, there are no objects for them to hide in.
Attack Strategy[]
Electric Oozers conjure Electric Balls of Spectral energy, which are then used as projectiles by the ghost.
