The Ice Age Exhibit is a room inside the Treacherous Mansion of Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, located in the northwest section of the mansion.
Appearance[]
The Ice Age Exhibit is a fairly large exhibit with two floors. It has snowy and icy themes, air vents, igloos, balloon berries, fishing rods and fish. The most iconic feature in the Ice Age Exhibit is the giant mammoth in the center of the room. Inside of the east igloo lies and E-Gate which leads back to the Front Entrance. There is a door located south, which leads to the Grand West. There are also two treasure chests, one in the west igloo and one behind the mammoth's stand. This exhibit represents the Secret Mine.
History[]
Double Trouble[]
Luigi comes to this exhibit to find the purple Toad assistant. His painting is found in the west igloo, but ice is blocking the entrance. He collects a wooden log from the Jungle Exhibit and light it on fire from the Ancient Exhibit to melt the ice and free the Toad. However, as they leave, they are ambushed by three Strong Greenies that slide down through the vents. Spinning the air vents with the Poltergust 5000 and vacuuming the fish on the rod located east will cause dollar bills to appear. Vacuuming on the mammoth's trunk will cause it to throw Luigi up onto the Gargoyle Roof.
A Train to Catch[]
When Luigi enters this room, he finds the mammoth stuck inside of the west igloo. Pulling his tail with the Poltergust causes many dollar bills to appear from the four cracked holes, adding up to 100G. The treasure chest located north can be opened, containing 95G total. With a equipped balloon berry from the Study, Luigi can fly up to the upper part of the exhibit. He finds more balloon berries and even a gold one. By collecting all of the coins in time, a treasure chest appears, containing a diamond.
Paranormal Chaos[]
3-4 Strong Sneakers infest the Ice Age Exhibit, and like with all the other ghosts in the infested rooms, these ghosts need to be captured in order to progress and complete the mission.
Terrifying Invasion[]
The mammoth has returned to its former place, so Luigi can return to the Gargoyle Roof if he wishes too. The treasure chest behind him can no longer be accessed, though. The Toad's former painting has been replaced with a coin painting. This room may also be one of the rooms infested with ghosts. If the room is infested, a Sneaker will appear with some Greenies (a few will be equipped with blue helmets).
