“Clean up these darn spiderwebs! They're blocking our progress AND they ruin the furniture AND they're just plain gross!”

Oozers are first found in the gaming room when a group tries to hit the player with an eight ball in 2F - Mezzanine on the east side, where two of them are playing billiards.

Appearance[]

Oozers are orange and slim ghosts that are found throughout the game. These ghosts are one of the only enemies that do not appear in the introduction of the game. They have white eyes and mouth and 100 HP.

Behaviors

When Oozers appear, the first thing they do is go from a far distance from Luigi and throw objects at him. If Luigi gets close they go somewhere else.

If there's somewhere to hide, they sometimes pop out to throw things at Luigi, and move quickly to another spot.

Moveset[]

Once the player starts getting used to the controls and catching ghosts, the Oozer can mess them up with this progress. One, an Oozer is very fast and can hide anywhere. At some areas, it tends to have armor or protection, and it can throw different objects at Luigi.

In the 12F Boss Fight, they instead throw bombs at the player, which are then meant to be used.

Species[]

Variants[]

Trivia[]

  • They are similar to Hiders from Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon, as they hide in furniture, throw objects at Luigi and even have skinny appearances, although Oozers do not always hide in furniture to throw objects. They are also more aggressive with throwing objects, and can throw up to three objects at once.
