Piranhas are minor enemies form Luigi's Mansion 3. They are fish with sharp teeth that often appear in wet areas.
Story[]
Luigi's Mansion 3[]
The Piranhas appear to look like their real-life counterparts with blue bodies with redness underneath. Unlike most animal enemies found in the Luigi's Mansion (series), Piranhas will not actively try to attack Luigi. Piranhas can be found in the dungeon area of Castle MacFrights and in the Boilerworks after all of the water has been drained. In most occasions, Piranhas are seen flopping around and gasping for air. Piranhas can be seen swimming around outside of an underground submarine in the Boilerworks area, but they cannot be interacted with. If they make contact with Luigi, they will deal 5 damage. In order to be defeated, Luigi will need to suck the Piranha into the Poltergust G-00 and shoot it at the wall. Once it is shot at the wall, it will turn into a fish head and it will reward Luigi with Coins. This fish-head can be sucked up.
