Regen Goobs are rare ghosts in Luigi's Mansion 3. They are a rare variety of a Goob which appear in ScareScraper mode.
Physical Look[]
Regen Goobs have a pink aura, pink body, and light yellow eye and mouth voids.
How to defeat[]
If released before defeated, they begin to quickly restore or regenerate HP, hence the word regen. They have 250 HP, more than double that of a regular Goob's. They are defeated the same way as normal Goobs.
Tips[]
Since they require to be one shot in order to be defeated, one recommended strategy is to wait for quite a while before starting to slam. Wait until they reach ~140 HP. Then start slamming. If the A button is pressed the instant the ghost hits the ground, the ghost will skip any damage information and immediately return to being slammed. You can hit ghosts more than 7 times with this technique, thus you need to wait for their HP to be 140.
