The Veranda is the first area visited in the Treacherous Mansion of Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon.
Appearance[]
The Veranda is a relatively big area, that goes all the way from the mansion's front gate, where Luigi will be sent by the Pixelator during the events of E-1: Front-Door Key to its entrance. Here, Luigi can see the huge ravine and cliff near the mansion, and he has to cross a few sets of rafters in order to get to the front door. During a cutscene, the last one breaks right under Luigi's feet, but luckily he quickly manages to get safe to the other side of the Veranda, where the Treacherous Mansion is.
After the first mission, since the path crumbled away from the rest of the Veranda, Luigi cannot revisit or explore the main front gates of the mansion.
